Xascada is a one-time $39.99 purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable. If something isn't working, we'd rather fix it than leave you stuck — email support and we'll help.
Why there are no refunds
A licence key is delivered the moment your purchase completes, and there's no way to take back software once it's on your machine. Because of that, every purchase of Xascada is final. We'd rather be plain about this up front than surprise you later.
Decide before you buy
You don't have to take it on faith. The pages on this site spell out every named feature, the exact price, and the system requirements, so you can be sure Xascada is right for you before you pay. Read the Terms and check that your machine meets the requirements on the Get Xascada page.
If something isn't working
A final-sale policy is not a brush-off. If Xascada won't install, won't activate, or isn't behaving the way these pages describe, that's on us to sort out. Email support@xascada.com with your order ID, and we'll work with you until it runs.
Purchases made elsewhere
If you bought Xascada through another platform rather than directly from us, that platform's own policy governs your order. This policy covers purchases made through Polar on xascada.com.
